Please read these terms before using iOS Dev Toolkit software. Using it means you accept them in full.
Licence
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using iOS Dev Toolkit software. Unless you have signed a separate licence agreement with the company, using the software means you agree to them. If you do not accept all of them, stop using the software immediately.
Copyright
The customer acknowledges that the software, the licence key and the accompanying user documentation (the "Documentation") are copyrighted works owned by the company, and that no rights are granted beyond those expressly stated in this agreement.
Distribution
Provided that you do not copy or distribute the licence key, and that a copy of this licence accompanies the software, you may:
- copy the software;
- give others a complete and unmodified copy of the software;
- distribute the software electronically in unmodified form.
You may not charge any fee for such copies or distribution, and you may not modify the software.
Term and termination
You may continue to use the software for as long as you comply with these terms. If the company has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached them, it may terminate this agreement immediately. On termination you must stop using the software, the licence key and the Documentation, and you are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
Warranties
The company warrants and represents that:
- it holds all right, title and interest in the software and has the authority to enter into this agreement and grant the licence under it; and that it has not entered and will not enter into any agreement, or create any encumbrance, that conflicts with this agreement;
- no change of date or year will adversely affect the performance of the software;
- the software contains no harmful code (such as the self-replicating instructions commonly known as viruses, worms or trojans).
Privacy
The desktop application shares usage information with the company so that we can understand how the product is used; this is on by default. The information is associated with your account, is used to personalise your experience, and helps us improve quality and functionality. The software collects only what is necessary, such as licence information, account information and hosted data.

Third-party libraries
The software uses a number of third-party libraries. You agree to comply with the licences of those libraries and to use the software accordingly. The company accepts no liability arising from misuse of third-party libraries.
Availability
The pages describing this service are accessible worldwide, but that does not mean every service or feature is available in your country or region, nor that user-generated content provided through the service is lawful there. Some countries and regions restrict access to certain services, features or content. You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations when using the service. The service is not offered in every language.
General disclaimer
- Except for the limited warranties stated in this agreement, the software and the Documentation are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose. Any liability of the company is limited to the purchase price you have paid.
- Using this product for anything that breaks local laws or regulations is prohibited. Where a breach is found, we may terminate your right to use the product; where a criminal offence is suspected, the matter will be referred to the relevant local authorities, and any resulting loss or liability is yours alone.
Payment terms
Please trial the software and confirm it meets your needs before purchasing; purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If a change on a connected platform stops the product working, the company will work to adapt to it, but this does not entitle you to a refund or exchange.
An activation code is bound to a developer account and cannot be moved once bound. Purchasing means you understand and accept these terms.
Miscellaneous
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any provision is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court in the jurisdiction where iOS Dev Toolkit is located, that provision or the relevant part of it is severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions stay in full force.
